Mineral additives for the kinds of packaging paper and cardboard
The main factors to achieve high mechanical properties of paper and cardboard from recycled paper is a composite of mass production line equipment, as well as chemical additives in the composition of the product.
Mineral fillers increase the ash content of paper, so they were not widely used. In addition, they should be used to obtain a positive impact on basic or specific indicators of the paper. This article presents the results of studies of natural pigments on the parameters of the mechanical strength of paper.

Myths about nanomaterials and nanotechnology in packaging
Nanotechnology - it is all the technology of objects, their properties are determined by the consumer through the control and manipulation of individual atoms, molecules and supramolecular entities. Today, the main problem is the commercialization of nanotechnology and development of ideas. Therefore, often for nanotechnology is the production of nanopowders.
This article provides an analysis of studies, they revealed the essence of nanotechnology, and ways of development. They are used in the manufacture of packaging materials.

Packing for vegetable oil
(status and prospects of development)
The author analyzed the market for vegetable oil in Ukraine and the main trends of its development. The article underlines that Ukrainian producers supplying country vegetable (sunflower) oil, and a powerful global exporters. Over the past 10 years is packing in oil revolutionary change - PET bottlefor oil, its volume near 90 %. This trend coincides with the world and sets a high tendency of sunflower oil on world markets.

Packaging made from polyurethane foam
In view of increasing demands of modern market the elaborations of new materials for package production are conducting and one of such materials is PU foam. The quick and simple process of packaging of PU foam allows to create an inexpensive package for goods of any shape and dimensions which will provide the reliable protection of goods from damages during the storage and transportation. PU foam is the elastic semi-flexible light foam received as a result of reaction of two components (polyol and polyisocyanate) and different additives. This article describes the process of manufacture of package of PU foam and also the characteristics of PU — system which usually is used for such application.

Balancing loads in a drive flat cylinder presses
In a flat cylinder the press during the phases of acceleration and braking, the drive carriage cylinder is inertia, which is a limiting factor in the way of improving the functional characteristics of the press. To resolve this action inertia loads in this paper proposes a new scheme of the drive.
According to a study based on the design of the drive carriage cylinder for smooth acceleration and braking, which provides the necessary functional characteristics of a flat cylinder press.

CtP - modern manufacturing techniques forms a gravure
CtP technology provides a direct transfer of information from the computer to cylinder. The application of this technology eliminates the need for the manufacture of photo copiers and the subsequent processes, the image on the cylinder is formed with the help of laser engraving.
In this article the authors is an analysis of the manufacture of gravure printing technology CtP, as with the direct laser engraving, and using camouflage technology. Such technology provides a high length of engraving, improves the quality of prints, reduces consumption of ink and solvents.
