The anticorrosive ability of a paper is stipulated by presence in it of inhibitors. In this article authors write about research of protective properties widely used packing material with the purpose of an estimate and choice optimal on the indexs. Is established, that a universal packing material as for cold-rolled, and zincked of roll stock can be samples of a paper of corporations: Melni - Stileks. K13VCL and Walki Wiza -Walki Promet R25.

Cardboard packaging (from a sheet to the accomplished form) Cardboard packaging in Ukraine dynamically enough develops in the sector of packing. It is needed for creation of competitive of the cardboard packing, that all operations of technological process of making of packaging were executed at high technical level. In the article description and the basic requirements is resulted to implementation of basic and auxiliary operations of process of making of packaging from the sheet of cardboard.
Choice of packing geometry In interests of acceleration of the stages of heating and cooling of packing which is subject pasteurization or sterilization, it is desirable to have a megascopic surface of heat transfer, attributed to the volume of product in it. The results of optimization of form and geometrical parameters of packing with the purpose of reduction of time of transitional processes of heating and cooling of packing and possibility of increase of carrying capacity of technological equipment are resulted in this article.
Rheological model of a melt of polymer Moulding of workpieces from thermoplastics by injection moulding realize at their viscous fluxion, therefore value of rheological parameters of melts of polymers are defining. Many empirical-formula dependences between shear stress and shearing rate in polymeric melts are offered. However offered associations are valid for a continuous surroundings, whereas the polymer represents a surroundings with an interior microstructure. In this article the author has presented new rheological model of melts of linear polymers, which parameters have a legiblly particular physical content, that enables to utillize it in a wide enough diapason of shift voltages and molecular weights.
Coefficients of friction are at corking of glass container by a spiral method Coefficients of friction in the pair of stop up it is been a breech-block important factors which influence on effort of pressurizing of container. In the article the results of experimental researches are resulted from determination of coefficients of friction of both external and internal container of friction stop up a breech-block. It is set that with the change of the productivity of machine it is needed to regulate effort of vertical pressing of lid to the jar. The got results are a base for scientific explanation of power parameters of stopping up machines.
Shock interaction of container load with the structural elements of packing equipment During treatment of loads of containers in the packing equipment of their moving accompanied the shock interaction with passive and active workings organs. In the area of shock contact there can be both deformation of container and destruction and spoilage of products. The kinematics parameters of motion of load change substantially next to it. In the article four basic groups of shock interaction of load are selected with the structural elements of packing machines, and also the results of researches of blow of mobile load are resulted on the mobile surfaces of workings organs. Got eventual formulas enable to determine the power and kinematics parameters of motion of load, and maximally possible carrying capacity of devices of machines.
Rotor-knife grinders ( Function and energy reserves) The rotor-knife grinders widely use at the manufacturing plants. The engineering perfecting of these machines is predetermined by two essential directions: improving of quality of manufacturing - technological functions and raise of marketing performances of product. In this article the examples of engineering perfecting of a grinder are explained with the purpose of a possibility of subdivision of different materials, and also diminution of power inputs on process of subdivision. The engineering embodying of the offered solutions has found reflection in a construction of a grinder „ Korsar R-190 ”.
Donbass’s separate assembly rigid household wastage With development of the plants new settlements in Donetsk region except for industrial wastes have begun to collect in huge amounts and rigid household wastage. The composition of such wastage is entered up to 80 % of a wastage of packaging. All would be very pitiable, if not embodying of the project Tacis „ Perfecting of a control system of a rigid household wastage in Donetsk region”. This project have begun to realize since 2002. The first experimental city was Slavyansk. In Slavyansk the separate assembly rigid household wastage was carried out under the abbreviated schema: the container for a glass + container for polymers, paper and metal. The second experimental city became Kramatorsk. The presence in Kramatorsk a factory manufacturing wastage has allowed to complicate the schema of separate assembly: the container for a glass + metal, paper, textiles + polymers and combined materials + mixed wastage. In this article author explains the experience introduction of separate assembly rigid household wastage in Donetsk region.

For making of high-quality glass container on all technological areas of VAT “Vetropak Gostomel'skiy Glass-house” is set points of controls, which instantly react on any changing in a technological process. The structure of tester laboratory of OJSC and method of measuring of parameters of glass container is resulted in the article.
