Design of process of melting in single-screw extruder
The mechanism of melting in the process of extrusion is considered, the mathematical model of process of melting is developed and basic dependences for determination of the temperature field in the channel of worm are resulted. A method and algorithm of calculation is created, numeral research of process of extrusion is conducted and the results of theoretical research of extrusion are resulted in single-screw extruder taking into account deformation of hard material in the channel of extruder. The results can be recommended for the engineering calculations of extrusion equipment for processing of polymers and materials on their basis.

Formation of the shape of cardboard packs during packaging
The technological processes of packaging of different production in cardboard packs are realized by packing machines, which are equipped with special end-effectors, which shape packs of the plainly combined preforms. As a result of contact to end-effectors of the machine the units of a pack are under appropriate external power load on the part of end-effectors. The parameters of durability and rigidity of a pack should be sufficient to withstand external loads without creation of residual strains and violations of a construction of a pack. In this article you can read outcomes of researches of influence of physics-mechanical performances of packs on design parameters of end-effectors of packing machines. By the author is established, that at a low and unsufficient rigidity of gates of packs for from close it is necessary to use end-effectors with drives.

Here is given, in the article, PTEF material rheological, mechanical and thermalphysic properties researches results received from different bottle parts and cryogen finished. It was established, that PTEF rheological indices are not deteriorated after recycling with the cryogen technology and are in framework provided to the primary PTEF.
Waste of packaging in Czechia - problem? (about the packaging wastes handling system)
To solve the problem of the packaging wastes handling system creating, the Czech Republic experience is given. Basing on European directive EC 94/62 and principles verified by practice in other countries, Czechia traversed quite difficult way of the system creating.
It was essentially: the legislative acts creating and ECO-COM unprofitable private company. The company undertook coordination actions on the system creating, development and functioning.
