Here is given, in the article, the researches results and composite materials introduction in the packaging industry. As well as, here is set tasks for the actual problem development. TechnologiesThe correlation among the energy and hydrodynamic parameters of biological systems under packaging vacuuming conditions The biological environmental vacuuming in the package is accompanied with the active vaporization and moisture boiling. Phase transfers are accompanied with the cavitation because the liquid phase is transferred to the metastable state under fast pressure decreasing. It has been established by the researches results given in the article, that it is impossible to achieve the absolute water evaporation with its adiabatic boiling condition. The dependence establishment among the bubbles sizes, which are generated by the vacuuming and pressure in the system, permits to estimate the interphase surface exchange. SAPR - the tool for hooks removing from cardboard billets During the complex designing of a transport unit (from a customers packaging to a transport packaging) it is necessary to adjust a box dimensions with theirs stowage variables and their accommodation at the standard pallet format. The process is quite laborious and takes a long time. The article authors arranged the automatic designing system of broach bits and one-layer and corrugated board. The variables of broach bits accommodation on the set format are analyzed in the system as along as across of the format.
Technologies for the polymer networks production (state, development perspectives, researches results) The polymer networks are wide used in the national economy different fields including for the packaging of vegetables, sausages, meat and so on. Now, we know quite great quantity of means and adjustments for the polymer networks production. Here is given, in the article the widest used technologies and equipment to the polymer networks production. Research results of the networks` knots strength depending on the extrusion technological parameters details moving and so on, are given in the article along with the mentioned above. Express- measurement of oil - snacks humidity before packaging The main factor defining the packed product safety and quality during required time is its humidity along with the packaging integrity. The snack industry rapid development set a number of problems - from legislation laws of metrological ensuring to the humidity exchange hardware. Actually, special equipment for express- measurement of oil - snacks humidity is absent. Here is analyzed, in the article, the adaptation peculiarities of ÂÖË-11 domestic multiple hydrometer to oil - snacks humidity measurement. The mechanical conformity of the glass containers threaded bibbs Type III corking facilities customers have a problem of heads threaded stops unregulated lipping during the glass containers corking. The process is accompanied with heads breaking from the containers threaded necks. It is soundly, in the article, the methods application of the conformity theory and dimension for corking means construction parameters basing with the proceeding to decreased tin thickness and the power parameters definition of the corking process. Group packaging in the transport pack Now, Ukrainian packaging mechanical engineering does not solve the problem of equipment creating for Group packaging in the transport pack. However, the problem requires its solving because, according to the packaging equipment development tendencies, the power inputs technologies are replaced by the low power inputs ones. Here is given, in the article, the analysis of the typical technological operations and group packaging equipment in the transport pack. Container for canned food from low thickness tin The questions of calculation of stability are considered regularly beading corps of metallic canning can. Today, it is consist a lot of inputs indicators constructions variables proving quite accurate measurement of the press air inputs for the packaging equipment, however, the up to date equipment requires more mobile, compact and universal samples. Equipment functional modules for ductile products packaging The present functional modules analysis of the equipment will effort an opportunity to select the most perspective execution devise in respect to responsibility, production, material and power saving as well as to realize the flexibility in composition with new equipment creating. Here is given, in the article the analysis and classification of the typical equipment functional modules for the ductile products packaging in customs pack. The researches results are the base for main directions choice of the functional modules development.
