The gas volumes entering in polymers leads to these materials physical and chemical characteristics exchanging. Here is given, in the article the relative polymers classification based on the gas - structural conception and the technology of foam polystyrene and foam polyethylene production. They are the most acceptable to a packaging production and don’t require a complicated equipment. TechnologiesTechnologies for the polymer networks production (state, development perspectives, researches results) The polymer networks are wide used in the national economy different fields including for the packaging of vegetables, sausages, meat and so on. Now, we know quite great quantity of means and adjustments for the polymer networks production. Here is given, in the article the widest used technologies and equipment to the polymer networks production. Research results of the networks` knots strength depending on the extrusion technological parameters details moving and so on, are given in the article along with the mentioned above. Economical method of packaging production made from polymers The casting method under pressure with a torpedo using for packaging production is analyzed in the article. The method permits to decrease the packaging production endurance and save the polymer material due to the tedges absence. The casting method with a torpedo using permits to use the polymer materials having a narrow processing temperature range for packaging production. The method of the casting system geometrical parameters analysis permits to intensity the packaging production process. Influences different factors on conditions of production vacuum packaging Osmotic pressures of liquid food environments may create conditions to their micro flora transferring to the bacteriostatic states with conditions of production vacuum packaging. Here is given, in the article, the researches results of different factors influences to bacterium lethal effects with the production vacuum packaging. It has been established, that the results of factors influences enable to forecast the obtained science information application field. EquipmentForming arrangements for packaging made of heat-sealing roll materials The heat-sealing packaging materials application promotes the consumers packaging production process and allows to create the technical complexes in which the packaging production are made along with the produce operations packing. Here is given, in the article, the analysis of existent means, construction diagrams and calculation methods of arrangements geometric parameters for packaging made of heat-sealing roll materials. In order to minimize forces to the film pulling through the supplying system and through the packaging billet forming arrangement, the realization of arrangements real construction diagrams requires the additional researches. Reliability of packaging authomatic machines equiped with pack - welding mechanisms The packaging automatic machines with polymer films welding mechanisms have more widening in the packaging industry with every passing year. It occurs due to the soft polymer packaging volumes increasing for the integrated products packaging. Typical bugs of AO-111 machine facilities were established via its processing time-keeping results. General readiness rate is 0,85 and depend on the welding mechanisms quantity. It was recorded on the base of separate facilities bugs intension mathematic modeling and results monitoring. Thus, the study, modeling and construction optimization of films welding facilities is very important question under creating of new packaging machines. Using Traditional Ukrainian Folk Art in Packing Design Investigations of the best design proposals in the sphere of packing design let us affirm that the base of their creation compose the same principles of organization traditionally used in the works of arts and crafts. Among them are the principles of collateral subordination of elements, defining of composition dominants and organization of rhythmic interaction between graphic and type blocks. Provided observance of mentioned principles regarding both graphic and typing elements of graphical product it obtains not only bright individuality but function of Sign. Character of impact of such product is called synergetic. (Synergetic is phenomenon when complex impact of all used factors is stronger then the sum of each of them taken separately). PoligrafikaDeep printing - technique of the future Ecology Packaging waists treatment (the history and contemporaneity) During the last decade, the unprofitable non-state enterprises were created in the majority of economically developed countries on the packaging materials and packaged goods producers as well as sale organizations initiative. These enterprises undertook the responsibility on their founders’ waists volumes treatment and utilization. Unfortunately, in Ukraine, the problem was decided differently. In 1998, Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers created “Ukrtarapererabotka” (today - “Ukrekokomresursy”) state company. The company is engaged in the used packaging treatment and utilization. The legislative acts were developed by SC “Ukrekokomresursy” and approved by Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers monopolize this market and doesn’t solve the problem as a whole. Along with that, “UkrPek” coalition developed Ukrainian Statute project “On the packaging and the packaging waists”, based on European Directive 94/62.
