Glue for corrugated board The starched glue using made on standard recipes of “Stane Holl” type for corrugated board production is not meeting the contemporary requirements to efficient equipment. Furthermore, there is arisen a difficult on the corrugated package recycling as a waste row material. Therefore, the necessity of new glue creating with higher water-retentive properties at the initial stage and fast insiccation at second was arisen. The attempt of such glue creating is incarnated with the new clue composition for corrugated board “Vladimirskiy”. The new clue comparing properties characteristics are given in the article. TechnologiesTechnologies for the polymer networks production (state, development perspectives, researches results) The polymer networks are wide used in the national economy different fields including for the packaging of vegetables, sausages, meat and so on. Now, we know quite great quantity of means and adjustments for the polymer networks production. Here is given, in the article the widest used technologies and equipment to the polymer networks production. Research results of the networks` knots strength depending on the extrusion technological parameters details moving and so on, are given in the article along with the mentioned above. The flow modeling of not Newton liquids in the forming equipment The computer process modeling being created during the extrusion equipment construction and optimization allows decreasing the costs and time expenses greatly. The systems are built on the mathematic methods of the finite elements and volumes control connected with the solid-state modeling pack for the networks fields creating of complicate geometrical channels are the widest and perspective for complicate hydrodynamic and heat processes investigation. Here is given, in the article, the flow modeling results of not Newton liquids in the flat slit die heads. Arranged mathematic models allow using the hydrodynamic and fast calculations for researching of speeds and pressures floors for polymer treatment and other chemical equipment. Extrusion modeling process taking into account the phase transformation in a mass volume The foam polymer materials production is accompanied with the phase transformations in a mass volume of processed row materials. The developed method of the extrusion process calculation of synthetic polymers is not accorded to all conditions taking place during the row material mass phase transformation. In view of this, it has been arisen the necessity of the extrusion processes calculation method arrangement taking into account the phase transformation. Here is given, in the article, the extrusion process mathematic modeling and numerical computation results on the developed algorithm and program. Automatic system for the form-complete details designing It is appropriately to use the contemporary automatic designing systems to the processes intensification of glass container forms production. There is given, in the article the algorithm and automatic system of the form-complete details designing working results. This developed designing program provides the details probationary calculation using with their parameters values optimization. Here is given, in the article, the analysis of existent means, construction diagrams and calculation methods of arrangements geometric parameters for packaging made of heat-sealing roll materials. In order to minimize forces to the film pulling through the supplying system and through the packaging billet forming arrangement, the realization of arrangements real construction diagrams requires the additional researches.
