Today an topical task is creation of packaging materials of new generation, namely: a paper or cardboard is treated by moisture resistant solutions and components which provide them the high complex of barrier and protective properties.

Taking into account the world tendencies of creation of new generation of packaging materials, in UKRNDIP researches are conducted from development of composition of matters causing of which on the surface of paper will enable to promote resistance penetration of fat, providing high protective descriptions of packing for food with high maintenance of fat, and also ecological unconcern of his contact with products.

The results of such researches are resulted in this statistics.

Ways of improving the quality of cardboard

The use of non-wood plant raw material enables save scarce more expensive wood, and improve the quality of manufactured cardboard and paper products.
This article presents the results of research aimed at finding opportunities to improve the quality of cardboard through the use of his songs straw pulp and various types of modified starch adhesives a superficial glue cardboard. As a result, studies found that when introducing fiber composition in such a cardboard about 10% straw-packaged cardboard can be obtained, corresponding to the requirements of the standard for flat cardboard layers of corrugated cardboard stamps K0.

For providing of market necessities in the different types of packaging of cardboards, which are mostly made the small drawings, it is expedient to apply the energosaving method of making of purveyances, which foresees implementation of complex of operations cut through of cardboard without the delete of material. This method enables to cut out the areas of different type in purveyances. In this article methodological approaches of realization of this method of excision of curvilinear contours are resulted in the purveyances of cardboards. Conducted previous experimental researches confirmed the rightness of the accepted approaches.

Oxidizing processes in the sausage, packed in the modified gas environment

Packing of meat products in packing with the modified gas environment enables considerably to slow down accumulation of products of oxidization of lipid, presenting a health hazard users.

In this article the results of researches of change of the state of lipid complex are resulted at storage of the sausages, packed in packing with the modified gas environment, related to the hydrolysis and oxidization of fats. It is shown that the minimal change was observed in samples packed in a medium consisting of 80% nitrogen and 20% carbon dioxide.
